1. GENERAL

Not Yo Ordinary ("we," "us," or "our") provides made-to-order food prepared in a licensed ghost kitchen and delivered to designated locations. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website and delivery services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. ORDERING & PAYMENT

• All orders must be placed online through our approved ordering system.
• Full payment is required at the time the order is placed.
• Prices, menu items, delivery windows, and availability are subject to change without notice.
• Promotional pricing or discounts may be limited to specific dates, locations, or quantities.

3. NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS

Due to the nature of freshly prepared food:

• All sales are final once an order is submitted.
• We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
• Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect delivery information, customer unavailability, or access restrictions will not be refunded.

4. DELIVERY ONLY POLICY

• Not Yo Ordinary operates as delivery-only.
• Delivery locations, delivery windows, and cutoff times are communicated during ordering.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring they are available to receive their order at the designated delivery time.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by warehouse security procedures, shift changes, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Once food is delivered to the designated drop-off location, responsibility transfers to the customer.

5. FOOD ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

Our kitchen handles common allergens including, but not limited to, dairy, wheat, eggs, soy, shellfish, and nuts.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient descriptions.
• We cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.
• By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

6. SIDE SWAPS & CUSTOMIZATION

• One approved side swap per bowl is allowed unless otherwise stated.
• Additional swaps or premium sides may incur an extra charge.
• Customization options are limited to those provided during ordering.

7. LIMITED QUANTITIES

• All menu items are available in limited quantities.
• We reserve the right to sell out of any item without notice.
• Once sold out, items will no longer be available for ordering that night.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and menu descriptions, is the property of Not Yo Ordinary and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Not Yo Ordinary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to food consumption, delivery delays, or inability to access delivery locations.
